Sanya Malhotra buys a house in a posh Mumbai locality for a whopping price; read details

Buying a home in Mumbai is a big goal to accomplish and actress Sanya Malhotra has recently ticked it off her list. The Dangal actress is now a proud owner of a home in a posh Mumbai locality and has reportedly sealed the deal with a hefty cheque.

Sanya has brought a spacious new apartment with her father Sunil Kumar Malhotra at the Juhu Versova Link Road in Mumbai. According to a report on the portal Money Control, the actress paid Rs 14.3 crores for the place which has brought from one Samir Bhojwani in the Bayview building. The transfer deed has been registered on October 14 for the place and Sanya has paid a stamp duty of Rs 71.5 lakhs.

The actress has been a part of Bollywood hits like Dangal, Badhai Ho, Pataakha, Shakuntala Devi, Ludo and Pagglait. She will be seen in the Karan Johar-backed Meenakshi Sundareshwar with Abhimanyu Dasani which is a love story. The film is the story of a couple going through the ups and downs of long distance marriage.

Much like her past three films, Meenashi Sundareshwar has been lined up for a digital release and will arrive on Netflix a day after Diwali on 5 November.
