Saqib Saleem joins Sonakshi Sinha- Riteish Deshmukh starrer horror-comedy, film is titled Kakuda?

For some time now, reports of Sonakshi Sinha and Riteish Deshmukh teaming up for a film had been doing the rounds. This would be a horror-comedy, and the yet-to-be-titled film would be backed by Ronnie Screwvala. Now, looks like there has been an addition to the cast.

If a report in Peepingmoon is to be believed, then Saqib Saleem would also be a part of this project. It is also being said that he would be romancing Sonakshi. The film would be directed by Marathi filmmaker Aditya Sarpotdar, who has earlier directed Riteish in Mauli. This film will reportedly be titled 'Kakuda'. This horror-comedy will be Aditya's fourth Hindi directorial after Thodi Thodi Si Manmaaniyan, The Sholay Girl, and the last year's hit Voot Select series, The Raikar Case.

The film was to go on floors by September, but it has been preponed now. Now, it would go on floors by the end of this month and it would have a start-to-finish schedule for 40 days. It will be a medium-budget film that would take place in Rajasthan. The makers are yet to make an official announcement about the same. Meanwhile, Sonakshi will soon be seen in Bhuj: The Pride of India and will be making her web series with Reema Kagti's Fallen.
