Sara Ali Khan Introduces Fans To 'Varuna Dhawan', The 'Hottest Nurse Ever' In This Hilarious BTS Video From Coolie No. 1

Sara Ali Khan and Varun Dhawan had a blast while shooting for Coolie No. 1 together and their recent behind the scenes video is proof. Varun who is putting his versatility on display with this comedy is seen getting a wig put on dressed in a nurse’s costume and Sara used the opportunity to have some fun.

The actress in her classic style introduced fans to ‘Varuna Dhawan’ and made the whole situation into one of her poetries. “Meet the hottest Nurse ever,” Sara wrote sharing the fun video.

Varun and Sara are pairing up for the first time in this David Dhawan comedy which is a remake of the Govinda and Karisma Kapoor starrer 90’s blockbuster. Sara spoke about attempting a remake of the iconic comedy and how the audience's sensibilities have far evolved from when the film was made the first time around.

She told Mid-Day, "I'd urge people to watch the film with the honest intention with which it is told. There is a difference between what you say on Twitter, and what an entertaining comedy tries to say. If everybody [expects] everything to be politically correct, any scope of humour in our lives will be [lost]. Of course, you can't be demeaning. Govinda sir duping Karisma to make her believe that he is not a coolie, is funny. It's not about him cheating. Ultimately, he falls in love with her, and that's what most of us look forward to in life.”

Coolie No. 1 is releasing headed for an OTT release this Christmas and can be watched on Amazon Prime Video.
