    Sara Ali Khan has always wanted to be an actress and the fact has been admitted not just by her but her parents Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh too. Today she is living the dream but the Love Aaj Kal actress did not put her studies aside to hop on to the Bollywood bandwagon.

    In an interview with film critic, Komal Nahta on his chat show the actress got candid about her upbring and spoke about how her father Saif Ali Khan has always emphasized on education her mom Amrita Singh has been the flag bearer of humility. Commenting on the importance of education in an actor’s life the very eloquent Sara said that it give one confidence and perspective.

    The actress also shared an interesting anecdote about her mom Amrita Singh and her days as a student and revealed, “I am better than my mom in studies. For her 10th maths board exam, she attempted zero questions and signed off as 'Love, Amrita Singh' and left.”


    Sara made her debut in Bollywood in 2018 when was 25 with the movie Kedarnath after having bagged a degree in Political Science at Columbia University in New York.

    In the same chat, Sara who has always admired Kareena Kapoor, her dad’s second wife, as an actress she also revealed she’d like to imbibe Kareena Kapoor’s professionalism.
