Sara Ali Khan Reveals Why She Thinks Saif & She Are ‘History Nerds’; Calls Brother Ibrahim Her Mirror

The gorgeous Sara Ali Khan became a fan favorite instantly when she shined in her debut film Kedarnath. Movie lovers enjoyed her breathtaking performance and were over the moon with joy when she appeared on the big screen once again in the same month with Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba. While the beauty belongs to a family which has quite a well known filmy back ground, Bollywood and films is not something she discusses much with her superstar daddy Saif Ali Khan.

In a recent interview with Elle, Sara opened up about the same and recalled a trip to Italy with her father. She stated, “I remember this vacation with him in Italy, which was all about pizza, pasta, culture, museums, music and plays – this is something my father and I really, really enjoy. We both are history nerds, and we laugh about the fact that we discuss Hitler and Stalin more than films and Bollywood.”

Coming to the life of a ‘star kid’, Sara shared that she has never looked at herself as a celebrity. In fact, she is blessed with friends and family who still treat her the same way they did before her acting career began. Especially her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan. Sara shared, “My brother, for instance, is my mirror more than anyone else. Whether I was a fat child at Columbia University or I am a decently-shaped woman doing dance numbers with Varun Dhawan, he doesn’t care.”

The beauty further revealed that the lockdown gave the brother-sister duo a chance to spend lots of quality time together and they are finally at a place where they share the same interests.
