As the country is slowly lifting the lockdown, life of many citizens is going back to normal. Shoots of films and TV shows restarted, many offices reopened and many of us are now freely roaming around outside. However, the situation isn’t exactly under control and our nation can still see a hike in COVID-19 positive cases daily. The entertainment industry has been struck hard by the pandemic and the most recent victim to fall prey to the virus is Sara Ali Khan’s driver.

The Love Aaj Kal actress took to social media last night to inform her fans that her driver has tested positive, but assured them that she and her family are doing fine. Sara shared a post which read: “I would like to inform you that our driver has tested positive for Covid-19. The BMC was promptly alerted about it and he has been moved to a quarantine centre. My family, the other staff at home and I have all been tested negative and will take the necessary precautions. A sincere thank you to the BMC from me and my family for all their help and guidance. Stay Safe everyone!”

Just a few days ago, superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan left their fans in shock when they announced that they have tested positive for novel coronavirus. A day later, Abhishek informed fans that his wife and actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya have also tested positive. While Big B and Abhishek are currently at the Nanavati Hospital, Aishwarya and Aaradhya are self-quarantining at home.
