Shah Rukh Khan Hands Over Rights Of Damini Remake To Sunny Deol; Is Their Cold War Over?

It is not for no reason that Shah Rukh Khan is called King Khan. He is one of those actors who is known to be absolutely magnanimous and when it comes to generosity and openness, numerous tales can be heard. Now, recently,something similar has happened again.

Back in 2013, it was reported that  Shah Rukh Khan had acquired the rights of Chaahat, which was directed by Mahesh Bhatt and some TV shows. He had also bought the rights of two sunny Deol movies – Damini and Arjun. And now, after learning that Sunny Deol wants to remake Damini with son Karan Deol, he has handed over the rights of the film to his Darr co-star himself.

According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Shah Rukh Khan came to know that Sunny Deol was interested in remaking Damini with his son Karan Deol in the lead. Shah Rukh Khan himself drove to Sunny Deol’s Juhu house and handed him the rights of the film.
