Shah Rukh Khan Had Told Aamir That He Will Not Be Able To Work With Kajol Because She Is ‘Very Bad’

Two of the most talented and celebrated actors of the Hindi film industry, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol have been the best of friends for the longest time. The two have worked in many super hit films together and created magic every time they shared the screen. They are undoubtedly one of the most adored jodis of Bollywood and even today fans are eagerly waiting for them to announce their next project together. But things were not the same when they met for the very first time on the sets of Baazigar.

In a chat with Indian Express, the two opened up about their experience on the sets of their first film together. They didn’t really leave a good impression on each other and SRK even warned Aamir Khan to not work with her. The superstar shared, “When I was working with her in Baazigar, Aamir (Khan) asked me about her as he wanted to work with her. I left him a message saying, ‘She is very bad, no focus, you will not be able to work with her’. And then I saw the rushes in the evening. I kept calling Aamir to clarify. I told him, ‘I don’t know what it is but she is magical on the screen’.”

Kajol went on to reveal that Shah Rukh and the other actors had a hangover when they arrived on the set and the actress was ‘jabbering away in Marathi’. While she kept talking loudly, SRK finally said, “Will you please shut up… chup ho jao.” And that’s how they became friends. What a story!
