Shah Rukh Khan To Begin Shooting For Pathan In The UK In November, Will Be His Massiest Character To Date

Shah Rukh Khan has finally decided to end his hiatus from Bollywood after the Zero debacle in 2018 and is expected to get back on sets of his out and out commercial entertainer Pathan in November 2020 according to a recent Bollywood Hungama report.

The Bollywood superstar’s film Pathan is being produced by Yash Raj Films as a part of their 50 years celebration and therefore it is needless to say that this film with be rather special. Pathan is being helmed by Siddharth Anand who has been basking in the success of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer War.

Sharing the details of SRK’s project a source tell Bollywood Hungama, “The pre-production work is going on in full swing, with the action board, shooting spots, character traits being discussed on a day to day basis on video calls. Shah Rukh Khan is all set to commence shoot for his massiest character till date by end of this year.”

The film will reportedly also star Deepika Padukone who made her debut opposite the superstar in 2007 and Pathan has so far been scheduled for a late 2021 release and will be shot in UK.

The source also said that the actor will only begin work on Rajkumar Hirani’s project after wrapping up Pathan in June 2021 which may now release in the second half of 2022.
