Shah Rukh Khan’s Next Will Be Bigil Director Atlee’s Masala Entertainer?

There have been a lot of speculations about Shah Rukh Khan’s next film but all of them have proven to be false. However, now if reports are to be believed the superstar is just an inch away from finalising his new project!

Well according to a report, Shah Rukh Khan’s new film is with south director Atlee. Bollywood Hungama quotes a source as saying, “Shah Rukh Khan has been reading many scripts. He has been having intense interactions with Ali Abbas Zafar but that film is not happening right now for some reason. Ali too has got busy with his web series Tandav, starring Saif Ali Khan, On the other hand, Atlee’s film with superstar Vijay, Bigil, is expected to release in some time. The director was to do another film with Vijay in December but again, this project is not happening at the moment. Atlee’s dates, hence, are free from December.”

The report further quotes the source as saying, “This film will be produced by SRK’s production house, Red Chillies Entertainment. Atlee, moreover, will be paid Rs. 30 crores if this project materializes.”

The funny part is Atlee was invited by King Khan in April this year for an IPL match featuring his team Kolkata Knight Riders in Chennai. During that point in time too there were media speculations about Shah Rukh Khan doing a cameo in Atlee’s Bigil which was then titled Thalapathy 63 but even that speculation too was false!
