Shakti Kapoor Is All Praises For Daughter Shraddha Kapoor's Chhichore Says, 'It Was One Of The Finest Films'

Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Chhichore has won many hearts. The film has managed to cross Rs 125 crore and is doing really well at the box office. This college drama might have also made the audience nostalgic about their own college days. Not only the audience but there is someone else too who is highly impressed by the film and he is none other than Shraddha Kapoor’s father Shakti Kapoor.

In a recent interview with TOI, the actor said,  “When I watched my daughter’s recent movie Chhichhore, one word was ‘phenomenal’ and it was one of the finest films I’ve experienced in my life.” He further added, “I was stunned after the movie and couldn’t get up as I was so touched. My daughter and Sushant helped me out and I realized that moment how important it is to make such movies. Such movies should be made and directors like Nitesh Tiwari and producers like Sajid Bhai (Sajid Nadiadwala) are the ones who make us proud. Sajid Bhai who is making such movies along with commercial cinemas understands the need for the message.”

Apart from Shraddha Kapoor back to back successes and Sushant Singh Rajput’s superb acting the audience has also loved Varun Sharma for his comedy. Talking about the amazing response he received from the audience Varun said, "I am overwhelmed with the love I am getting for this film. Thanks to Nitesh Sir for Sexa. My mother and sister who are my biggest fans and critics rolled into one loved it. I am getting congratulatory calls from my relatives in Chandigarh. My cousins who saw the film have now identified their own Sexa's, Acid's from their friends' groups and changed their names on Whatsapp. People are loving the message as well."

On the professional front, Sushant Singh Rajput is gearing up for his two upcoming projects, the first is Drive, directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film is set to release on Netflix.
