Shefali Jariwala: ‘Would Have Loved To Do Kaanta Laga 2.0 Reloaded With Sushant Singh Rajput’

The entire nation was heartbroken when actor Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last at his Bandra house on 14th June. He was reportedly suffering from depression since the past few months and police also found medical prescriptions for the same at his apartment. It is being claimed that the actor was shut out from the industry by Bollywood biggies and had lost 7 projects. Sushant was not only an extremely talented and hard-working actor, but was also an exceptionally graceful and energetic dancer.

Shefali Jariwala aka Kaanta Laga girl recently revealed that she would have loved to share the screen with Sushant in a music video. Talking to International Business Times, the beauty stated, “If Kaanta Laga 2.0 was created in today's times I would like to see Sushant Singh Rajput doing it with me. May God bless his soul. May he rest in peace. He was such an amazing dancer and a very good-looking guy. I knew him, I was acquainted with him but I never got a chance to work with. I would have loved to do Kaanta Laga 2.0 reloaded with Sushant Singh Rajput.”

Well, we are sure Sushant would have looked amazing with Shefali and the two would have definitely complemented each other’s killer dance skills. Opening up about the nepotism debate that is back to the limelight with the actor’s death, Shefali said that she is not a product of nepotism. She said, “I am not a product of nepotism, I can't say much about it, having said that yes, there is favouritism in the industry. And it's not just in our industry it's there in every industry, people who are your friends you like to work with them.”

Shefali was last seen on Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss season 13. She entered the BB13 house as a wild card contestant and won hearts of the audiences during her short and sweet stay.
