Sherni: Vidya Balan To Kick Off 35-Day Shoot Schedule In Madhya Pradesh, COVID Watchdogs To Be Present On Set

Vidya Balan is going to work for a film called Sherni next. The film will have her play a forest officer. The shoot of the fil had been affected due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, but now, the makers are all set to resume the shoot. In fact, the team would resume shoot from the last week of October, but not without going the extra mile in terms of security.

The Vidya Balan starrer would be shot in the Balaghat forest in Madhya Pradesh. The team would be flying to Nagpur, from where they would set off by road for a 35-day schedule of the shoot. But to have better security, the team are having COVID-19 watchdogs on the sets. A source close to the production said, "A team of five to six members, who will serve as COVID-19 watchdogs, will be present on set every day to ensure that the crew is following all safety norms. Besides the government's guidelines, the health experts will lay down additional COVID risk-management protocol. These experts are part of a professional agency that has monitored several ad shoots over the past few months. Even as they aim to achieve a zero-incident shoot, the makers have created isolation centres for asymptomatic people, on the recommendation of the experts."

We hope that the shoot is completed without any incident. We can't wait to see Vidya Balan in action once again!
