Shraddha Kapoor has been winning hearts of the audiences with her recent performances in films such as Saaho, Chhichhore, Baaghi 3 and Street Dancer 3D. Well since the past few weeks, rumors have been doing the rounds about how Shraddha will now step into the shoes of South actress Amala Paul for the Hindi remake of the Tamil super hit Aadai. It was reported that filmmaker Rathna Kumar, who directed the Tamil thriller, will be directing the Hindi remake as well.

However, according to the latest report shared by Bollywood Hungama, Shraddha has not been approached for the film. In an official statement, producer Vishal Rana revealed that the team is yet to lock the cast. He shared, “Our company Echelon Productions holds the official remake rights of Aadai. It's one of the most successful movies of last year in Tamil language. We are however yet to lock the cast for the Hindi remake. We'll be making the official announcement for it soon.”
