Sidharth Malhotra Transfers Money Directly To The Accounts Of 200 Dancers, Salman Khan Donates Sanitizers To Mumbai Police

It has been over 60 days that a nationwide lockdown had been imposed on India. While the lockdown has eased, the virus is spreading more rapidly than before! More people are getting into financial problems now and there are even more need of basic kits and sanitizers as well. At such a juncture, Bollywood  celebs have come forward to extend help and support.

Say for example Sidharth Malhotra. According to a report in TOI, the actor has transferred money directly into the accounts of 200 Bollywood dancers. One of the co-ordinators of background dancers revealed, “Sidharth Malhotra has extended help to 200 dancers from our team. After our video went viral he got to know and he reached out to us. His manager connected with us and we coordinated. He directly got the money transferred into our accounts.” He also added that the dancers would be the worst hot lot, because after the lockdown, the pattern of shoot is likely to change. He also added that they are now looking for alternate career options!

On the other hand, Salman Khan donated once again, this time to the Mumbai Police. He donated 1 lakh sanitizers for the police and the Chief Minister of Maharashtra thanked him for this contribution. The actor replied with a 'thank you'.

Salman had been regularly extending his support in every way possible!
