‘Sidharth Shukla’s mother had tears in her eyes; Shehnaaz had gone completely pale,’ reveals Rahul Mahajan

The entire country was left in a state of shock yesterday when it was reported that Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla, who was adored by millions, has breathed his last. The actor reportedly suffered a heart attack and passed away in his sleep. His untimely demise has left a huge void in our lives and the first thought on most minds was ‘how are Sidharth’s mother and Shehnaaz holding up?’ Well, Rahul Mahajan reached Sidharth’s residence yesterday to pay his last respects and got a chance to meet them.

In a chat with ETimes, Rahul was quoted saying, “Sidharth was a different kind of person, he would not even like us mourning for him and I met his mother today who is also such a strong woman. She had tears in her eyes but she was strong and told me ‘death is obvious and but said itna jaldi nahi hona chahiye tha.’ She is a mother and how can any mother see her son go away in her lifetime.”

Talking about Shehnaaz, who was also at Sidharth’s residence recording her statement with the police, Rahul revealed, “She had gone completely pale as if a storm had just passed by and washed away everything.” Shehnaaz Gill was one of Sidharth’s closest friends since Bigg Boss 13. According to viral reports, the actress apparently tried to wake Sidharth in the morning. When he didn’t respond, she reportedly rushed to inform his family who live in the same building.
