Singer And Actress Monali Thakur Has Been Secretly Married To Boyfriend Maik Ritcher Since 2017

Monali Thaur has spelt magic with her voice everytime she has sung a song. In fact, she has also won the National Award for her voice. She also showed be superior acting talent in Nagesh Kuknoor’s Laxmi. Monali has never talked too much about her private life, but now she has made a revelation that will make your jaws drop. She is already married to her boyfriend Maik Ritcher and guess what, the wedding happened in 2017.

In an interview to HT, the singer revealed, “Yes, I am married to Mike. We got married in 2017. I guess we just never announced the wedding, because there was no wedding as such that took place. We only got married in front of our close friends and family.” She also added that the wedding almost did not happen because Mike landed in trouble with his visa. “He thought that he will get a Visa on arrival here, because he had read it somewhere on the Internet. So he was almost thrown out of the country. The day we were supposed to get married, he was kept at the airport like a kaidi. But then the Indian government helped a lot. They made sure that we got married on the day we were supposed to,” the singer quipped.

Whoa, that’s a huge revelation, isn’t it? The two had started dating in 2016 and Monali also spoke about the dream proposal, but in chilling winter! She added, “He proposed to me under the same tree, where we first met. It was all very lovely, and so very cold. So I had to say yes to him, because it was so cold and I was shivering!”
