Sonakshi Sinha To Share The Big Screen With Riteish Deshmukh In A Horror Comedy? Deets Inside

One of the most versatile yet underrated actors of the Hindi film industry, Riteish Deshmukh was last seen on the big screen in Ahmed Khan’s Baaghi 3 alongside Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor. Recent reports revealed that the actor is now all set to make his OTT debut with a Netflix film, a social comedy, which will be helmed by Shashanka Ghosh. Well, according to latest buzz, Riteish has also signed his next theatrical release, in which he will share the screen with the beautiful Sonakshi Sinha.

A report shared by Peeping Moon suggests that Sonakshi and Riteish are joining forces for the very first time for a horror comedy, which will be backed by Ronnie Screwvala. The theme can be expected to be ‘similar yet distinctly different’ from Dinesh Vijan’s super hit Stree and recently released Roohi. The exciting project will go on floors in September this year in the town of Mandawa in Rajasthan. Riteish will begin shooting for the same after his Netflix debut.

Sonakshi, on the other hand, will first complete Shree Narayan Singh’s Bulbul Tarang, which is also releasing on Netflix. Her other upcoming projects include Bhuj: The Pride of India co-starring Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Dutt, and Reema Kagti’s Fallen, which features Sonakshi as a tough cop.
