Sonali Bendre Is Re-Defining Courage and Positivity One Insta Picture At A Time

While on one hand, we have Bollywood actresses who would not be caught dead without perfectly done hair and make-up, on another hand we have Sonali Bendre. The actress has posted a beautiful picture with friends Suzanne Khan and Gayatri Joshi on Friendship Day where she is seen totally owning her bald head.

Sonali who has been going through cancer treatment in New York has kept her spirits up and is literally giving us a crash course on positivity and courage. Instead of hiding in this difficult time, Sonali chose to share her fight with cancer with the world and her many fans.

We were shocked when she declared on Instagram about her cancer which she called an 'unexpected curve ball' of life. she assured her fans that she is receiving the best possible medical care and is determined to win this battle. 

She gave us another goosebump moment when shared a video and picture of her chopping off her luscious long hair when she started her cancer treatment. The moment apart from being hauntingly emotional was incredibly empowering as well. 

She even shared it with the world as to how they broke the news of her cancer to their 12-year-old son Ranvir Behl. 

Her pictures and her heartfelt words are a major source of empowerment for everyone out there who is battling something that threatens to end life. Sonali is not only giving us hope and courage but teaching us a lesson in positivity and the need to share your sunshine with the rest of the world.
