Sonu Sood Feels It's Not Right To Blame A Section Of Bollywood For Sushant's Death, Says 'Let Time Decide'

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on 14th June. It might be two weeks since his death, but the entire nation is yet to come to terms with this irreplaceable loss. Fans are mourning and discussions have opened up. Within this, the nepotism debate has been reignited and people seem to be directing their anger at a certain section of the Hindi film industry who are considered powerful. Now, in a recent interview, Sonu Sood opened up about this and the entire nepotism debate.

Talking to HT, Sonu felt that it is wrong to blame anyone about someone's death. He said, "It's not right to blame one section of people. It's very difficult for those individuals too to hear someone blame you for someone's death. It was a huge tragedy. Everyone needs to stay calm. They can't pounce on some people. They have given life to a lot of people. Let time decide who is right and who is wrong."

He also talked about how the debate has caught fire but thinks how long we discuss something is more important. He added, "How long we are talking about it is important. We will talk about it today, we will talk about it tomorrow, the day after we ill talk about it a little less and then a new subject will come up and our focus will be gone. The industry will still remain and we will still have someone from outside the industry hoping to make it big."

He recalled what happened to him when he landed in the city and said, "I had given Rs. 500 to a watchman when I first visited Film City to watch a shoot. Someone had asked me if I was an actor because I looked like one. That point I had thought, it's easy to be a part of it, some director will notice me and I'll do films. But when you actually enter the industry, you know how difficult it is. No matter how talented you are, no matter how strong you are, you have to make a mark! It's very difficult. Outside the industry, there would be maybe .0001% who have made it big."
