Sonu Sood Reacts To Milk Being Poured On His Life-Size Poster In Andhra Pradesh, Kavita Kaushik Calls It An 'Uninspiring Act'

Sonu Sood has indeed proved to be a messiah for the common people of India after it had been hit by the pandemic. The actor had been in the forefront and helped everyone in need when a lockdown was suddenly announced last year. He not only helped people go back to their homes, but also helped many financially and aided the education of many young ones. This year too, he has been bust taking SOS pleas asking for hospital beds, oxygen cylinders and medical help in general.

Now, as a gesture of thanks, milk was poured in a life-size poster of his in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district. Recently, the administration of the district had sought Sood's help for oxygen and the actor arranged for it. As a way to thank him, the people of Srikalahasti poured milk on his poster and called him an inspiration.

Reacting to this, Sonu Sood simply wrote, "Humbled." See the tweet here:

However, Kavita Kaushik also reacted to it and she was not pleased with the gesture of the people. She wrote, "We love @SonuSood and the nation will be indebted to him forever for his selfless acts, but I'm sure even Sonu will be unhappy with this foolish and uninspiring act of wasting milk in times where people are dying of hunger.. why are we so extra always with everything ??!!"
