One look at Sonu Sood’s Twitter page and one can get a fair idea of how relentlessly the actor has been working on helping the people across the nation in their fight against Covid-19. During the second wave of the pandemic the actor working hard to help arrange medicines, hospital beds and oxygen cylinders which are all in short supply, for those who need them.

On Wednesday, Sonu shared a video of the incessant notifications on his mobile phone. They were all messages from people seeking help in these adverse situations that kept his phone buzzing relentlessly. “The speed at which we get requests across the country. Trying my best to reach out to everyone. Everyone…Please come forward. We need more helping hands. Do your best to the best of your capabilities," the actor wrote sharing the video.

The Dabangg actor who has been hailed as a national hero in these times has been helping people get through these tough times by arranging travel for stranded migrants, providing aid to the underprivileged and getting medical assistance to those affected by the pandemic. In an earlier tweet, Sonu had compared the experience of helping people ‘million times more satisfying than being a part of any 100cr film.’
