Sooraj Pancholi Says Allegations Of Association With Disha Salian, Sushant's Cases 'Will Definitely Drive Me To Commit Suicide'

Actor Sooraj Pancholi’s name like many has been dragged into the debates and allegations in the ongoing Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The actor was linked to the death of Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian while he maintains that he had never heard of or met Disha. RajyaSabha MP Narayan Rane claimed a party was hosted at his ‘penthouse’ on June 13 with Sushant and Aditya Thackrey in attendance. A picture was also circulated with Sooraj also posing with girl who was being claimed to be Disha Salian.

The actor who is unable to take in more news about his alleged involvement in the two cases has now finally called out a news channel in a post saying he’s had enough. Sharing the alleged picture that’s circulating he media Sooraj clarified that the photo is from 2016 and the girl he’s posing with is a friend who doesn’t even live in India and not Disha Salian as it being reported.

He writes, “Please stop brainwashing people and PLEASE stop harassing me and dragging me into this! Start being responsible of your actions as it can ruin someone’s life! I have said this before and I’m saying it again “I have never met or spoken to Disha Salian in my life.”

In an exhaustive chat with India Today, Sooraj also spoke at length of being associated with the deaths of Disha and Sushant and said that while such allegations won’t do much to tarnish the reputations of Narayan Rane or Aditya Thackrey, they will finish his career. He also said that such allegations much also be probed.

The Statellite Shankar actor admitted he’s trying hard to stay positive and said that he all talks about staying strong and positive from his friends and family are ‘just things to say’ and only he knows what he’s dealing with.

He says, “I'm trying to stay positive right now. You know, as strong and as positive as I can be, I don't discuss this with my family because I know they are already in, in a lot of stress because of me. Thinking about me all the time. In fact, my mother thinks that I'm going to harm myself. And she has spoken to me a couple of times. Even after Sushant's death, she spoke to me saying Sooraj whatever it is, if there’s anything in your heart please come and talk to us. Don't be quiet and I'm not a very talkative person when it comes to my problems. I don’t discuss with my family because I know they're stressed because of me.”

The actor admitted that he’s struggling in the industry but will not give up as it has been his dream, he also added that such ‘alleged’ claims are hurting him. “They are destroying my life. I don't know whether Sushant committed suicide or not. I don't know. But these people will definitely drive me to commit suicide. I would like to say that.”

Sooraj who has been attending court proceeding ever since his late girlfriend Jiah Khan died eight years ago added, “I get messages from my friends. I get messages from my sister. I get messages from my cousin saying be strong. You know, we are here with you. But these are just things to say. I know what I have been dealing with. I know. There's only a limit that my mind can take. You know, and I am trying to be positive. I am trying my best to be as strong as possible, par main bhi insaan hun yaar. I can't deal with it any further. I'm just pointing this out.”

Sooraj Pancholi so far hasn’t been named in the investigations of either of the two cases, Sushant and Disha.
