Sooryavanshi: Akshay Kumar Starrer To Release On April 30th, New Poster Along With Release Date To Come Out This Week?

We are getting quite impatient about Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi. The film, which is a part of Rohit Shetty's cop universe, was all geared up to release last year but was delayed due to the pandemic. Now, reports had been doing the rounds that the film might hit the theatres on the 2nd of April, but looks like even that's not happening. Now, we have some update on the same.

A report in Bollywood Hungama mentions that the film might hit theatres in April itself, but by the end of it. The new date seems to be 30th April. In fact, makers would reveal the release date before this week gets over with a new poster. A source revealed, “The exhibitors have been informed about this new release date. They have been told to book screens for Sooryavanshi. The plan is to give it one of the widest releases ever for a Hindi film. The formal announcement of the new release date will take place on Sunday, March 14 along with the release of a new poster.” 

While we hope that this turns out to be true, there has been no official announcement of the same yet or any confirmation from a spokesperson.
