Sooryavanshi: Katrina Kaif shares hilarious BTS video from promotions featuring ‘energetic’ Akshay Kumar & Rohit Shetty

After what seems like a really long waiting period thanks to COVID-19 pandemic, Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar’s much awaited cop drama Sooryavanshi is all set to hit cinema halls on 5^th November, on the Diwali weekend. Akshay, along with Ranveer Singh aka Simmba and Ajay Devgn aka Singham, shared the news in an impactful video where he requested his fans to come and celebrate Diwali with their family in theatres. The team is now on a promotional spree with director and action king Rohit Shetty.

Much to our delight, Katrina decided to kick off the first day of promotions with a hilarious behind the scenes video featuring Akshay and Rohit. The two, who are generally very enthusiastic and full of energy, are seen in a rather somber mood in this clip. While Rohit is looking out the window, Bollywood’s Khiladi is taking a nap with his head in the director’s lap! When he wakes up in the video, he and Rohit run away from the camera while saying that they have a reputation to uphold. They are all in splits as Akshay trips and falls to the ground while running.

In the caption, Kat wrote: “Just look at the excitement of the boys for our first day promotions together @itsrohitshetty @akshaykumar #sooryavanshiintheatres #sundayvibes #sooryavanshi NOV 5 th.” In the comment section, her co-star replied: “Waiting for #Sooryavanshi for a year and a half now, a few moments of peace toh banta hai nah!
