Student of the Year 2 Director Punit Malhotra: "Hoping That Audiences Keep Liking The Film During The Weekdays As Well"

Student of the Year 2 has released and is working well amongst its target audience. The film was basically aimed at kids and teenagers, and for the school and college going audiences, there is good entertainment in store. This is something that Punit Malhotra had set out to make as well when Karan Johar offered him to direct the second installment of the Student of the Year franchise created by him back in 2012 with Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra.
