‘Suicide Or Murder?’: Motion Poster Of Film Based On Sushant Singh Rajput’s Life Released

One of the most hard-working and exceptionally talented actors of Hindi cinema, Sushant Singh Rajput bid a final adieu to the world on 14^th June. It was reported that the actor was shut out from the industry by the self-appointed ‘gatekeepers of Bollywood’. Politician Sanjay Nirupam has also claimed that Sushant lost 7 films that he signed after the success of his last release Chhichhore, within 6 months. As heartbroken fans mourn the loss, filmmaker Vijay Shekhar Gupta shared the motion poster of his next, which is inspired by Sushant’s life, titled Suicide or Murder?

Vijay is making this film to end the monopoly of the big stars and production houses of the film industry and aims at exposing Bollywood. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, he stated, “Today, the children who come from outside, even if they are capable, they do not get the right opportunities because of the gang that has formed inside the film industry. I want to break this gang. My story will show everything that was done wrong with Sushant. That boy was forced to end his life. He was bullied by people and boycotted and was even fired from several films back-to-back.”

While this film is inspired by Sushant Singh Rajput’s life, it is not a biopic. The director revealed that Suicide or Murder? will spill the beans on many secrets of the film industry. He added, “Everyone has equal right on films and Bollywood, be it a person belonging to a B-Town family or some outsider.”

Sushant began his journey in the magical land of entertainment as a television actor. In 2013, he made his Bollywood debut with Kai Po Che, leaving fans in awe of his killer acting skills, passion and charming smile. His upcoming film Dil Bechara is currently in post production.
