Sunil Grover Replaces Ali Fazal In SKF’s Bulbul Marriage Hall

Well, earlier there were reports about Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda, Ali Fazal would be part of Salman Khan’s next production venture titled Bulbul Marriage Hall. The film would be directed by Rohit Nayyar. And now there are reports that Ali Fazal will no more be part of the film. And that Sunil Grover who was earlier part of the Salman Khan starrer Bharat has replaced him!

Yes, you have read it right! According to a Bollywood Hungama report, Sunil Grover will be stepping in the shoes of Ali Fazal for the upcoming Salman Khan production.

The report has quoted a source as saying, “Ali is gearing up for his Summer 2020 wedding with Richa Chadha and Bulbul Marriage Hall too was supposed to go on floors during the same time frame. He tried to adjust his dates, but eventually had to step out as the combination dates with the star-cast was not working out,” this is when the makers approached Sunil and he acquiesced to doing the role.

The report further quoted the source as saying, “Sunil shares a personal bond with Salman, and he stepped into the film without any ado. It’s a performance-driven character and the makers were on a look-out for someone who has an exceptional comic timing. Sunil was the perfect fit for the role.”

Well, the report further added Sunil's character will be paired with Daisy while Pulkit and Kriti will play lovers in the film. A big fat Indian wedding happening in Lucknow will be the backdrop of the film. The screenplay and dialogues are penned by Dream Girl fame, Raaj Shaandilya. Bulbul Marriage Hall is set to release towards the end of ’20.
