Sushant Death Case: Rhea Chakraborty's Lawyer Says Actress Ready For Blood Test, Shweta Singh Kirti Reacts To The New Drug Angle

The CBI and Enforcement Directorate are busy trying to unravel the mystery behind Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. The case which was earlier citied as an open and shut case of suicide has now branched out with angles of money laundering and accusations of murder. The newest angle is the alleged involvement of Rhea Chakraborty with banned drugs after ED shared the related evidence to it to the CBI and also has looped in the Narcotics Control Bureau.

The Enforcement Directorate is looking into the financial aspect of Sushant’s family’s accusations in the F.I.R filed in Patna. They have already questioned Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and father Indrajeet Chakraborty along with Sushant’s former manager Shruti Modi, the actor’s cook, Siddharth Pithani and the late actor’s C.A. to probe possible money laundering.

While the exact nature of the evidence in the latest drug angle were not revealed, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manshinde has said that the actress never consumed any kind of drugs. “Rhea has never consumed drugs in her life ever. She is ready for a blood test,” he said battling the allegations.

The actress has been accused of administering drugs to the actor without his knowledge.

Meanwhile, Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti reacted to this new development and said that “This is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE!! An immediate action should be taken by CBI on this.”
