Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Ankita Lokhande, Kriti Sanon, Other Bollywood Celebs And Actor's Family Rejoice As CBI Takes Over

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment on the 14th of June this year. The Bandra Police had been investigating the case and had said that the actor was suffering from clinical depression after some medical reports had been found in his house. However, no suicide note was recovered and this raises suspicion. The case took an entirely different turn when the Bihar Police also came on-board after the late actor's father, Mr. K.K. Singh filed an F.I.R against Rhea Chakraborty. His family and many of his fans had been pleading that the case be transferred to the CBI for a proper probe. Now, the CBI has finally taken over and would be investigating the case from now on.

This is a celebration of sorts for all the #WarriorsForSSR who had been praying for a fair probe into the actor's death. Needless to say, after the news was out, many Bollywood celebs, as well as Sushant's family, are rejoicing. It seems to be the first step towards justice for the actor.
