Sushant Singh Rajput Case: CBI Probe Almost Complete? Agency Likely To Submit A Report Soon

Four months and many controversies later the CBI seems to be ready to close the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Latest reports suggest that the central investigation agency has so far not found any evidence to suggest any conspiracy or foul play in the actor’s death and is likely to submit a closure report to the CBI court in Patna in a few days.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s case was handed over the CBI after the deceased actor’s family filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and few others alleging that they abetted the actor’s suicide. Just a few weeks ago the AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) forensics panel ruled out suspicion of murder in the case and submitted their report to the CBI.

A Zee News report suggests that Sushant’s death probe has almost been completed by the CBI and they might submit their report as a charge sheet in this case. According to the report that the court might then decide on further action on allegations of abetment of suicide on Rhea.

Rhea Chakraborty who was placed under judicial custody in September for alleged involvement in the drugs angle of the case, was recently granted bail. The actress has now reached out to the CBI to take action on her neighbor for giving false statements against her.
