Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Shekhar Suman Refuses To Accept AIIMS Report Says, 'The Case Has Been Hijacked'

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences has ruled out murder theories in Sushnat Singh Rajput’s death weeks after the CBI sought medical-legal consultation from a panel in the case. The AIIMS panel has submitted its reports to the CBI claiming that there were no signs of poisoning or injuries on the body of the deceased actor after studying all forensic evidence.

Fans and supporters who have been seeking justice for the late actor have now turned their eyes to the CBI as the central agency is still to turn in its report and can still file murder charges based on their investigation. Actor Shekhar Suman who has been vocal in the matter for months now refuses to believe the finding of the AIIMS panel and on Twitter wrote, “AIIMS report has come negative.i knew this wd happen. It was a foregone conclusion.ive been warning for a long time that the case has beeen hijacked, diverted mutilated.Disappointed, dejected, despaired, disheartened to so say the least.”

Apart from Shekhar, actress Kangana Ranaut also painted Sushant to be a victim of the Bollywood mafia after the findings of AIIMS panel came out and the late actor’s sister has now asked fans to pin their hopes on CBI.

Dr. Sudhir Gupta who headed the AIIMS panel shared the findings and told ANI, “There were no injuries on the body other than of hanging. There were no marks of struggle/scuffle on the body and clothes of the deceased.”

He also ruled out poisoning as a cause of death and added, “The presence of any seductive material was not detected by Bombay FSL and AIIMS toxicology lab. The complete examination of ligature mark over the neck was consistent with hanging.”
