    According to the latest report in Mid-Day, the Bandra police have recently recorded statements of 4 doctors in Sushant’s suicide case. The actor had been under treatment since November 2019 and reportedly used to change his doctors frequently. While the doctors have stated that he was taking medicines for depression, the cause is still unknown. DCP Abhishek Trimukhe, Zone IX, was quoted saying, “The Bandra police have recorded the statements of the three psychiatrists and one psychotherapist with respect to Sushant's death.”

    Before he breathed his last, Sushant was gearing up for the release of his next film Dil Bechara. Based on John Green's 2012 novel The Fault in Our Stars, the coming-of-age romantic drama also features Saif Ali Khan and Sanjana Sanghi and marks casting director Mukesh Chhabra’s directorial debut. Dil Bechara will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on 24th July.
