Sushant Singh Rajput's Demise: Director Rumi Jaffery Questioned By Bandra Police

It has been well over a month since Sushant Singh Rajput had passed away, but we are still unable to come to terms with his death. The actor was found dead in his Bandra apartment, but few family members and members of the fraternity, along with his fans suspect foul play. Demands of CBI inquiry on his death have also been made. Meanwhile, the Bandra Police are leaving no stones unturned to look into every aspect that might have driven the actor to take such a step. They have been recording the statements of many. And now, director Rumi Jaffery was called to record his statement on the matter.

Rumi Jaffery was spotted today outside the Police station and was even papped. For the uninitiated, Rumi was to direct Sushant Singh Rajput's next film. The film had his girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty opposite him. He had earlier spoken to the media after Sushant's death and had revealed that he knew that Sushant was going through depression. He had also said that Rhea used to ask him to spend more time with Sushant since he loved his company and the actor too went over to his place.

We wonder what he would say to the police and whether any new aspect would come out. The police have already questioned over 35 people, including Rajeev Masand, Aditya Chopra, Rhea Chakraborty, Sudhant's Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi and the psychiatrists and psychotherapist whom he had been consulting, amongst others.
