After Sushant Singh Rajput's father, Mr. K.K. Singh had filed an F.I.R in Bihar alleging Rhea Chakraborty of abetment of suicide, many new aspects in the case have come to the forefront. It was after Disha Salian's death that he became anxious and had even said that they will be after him now and will not leave him. Talking to Republic, she has said, “On 14th June, Sushant and her sister were going to have family time on Sunday afternoon. On the 13th night, his sister calls him he doesn’t pick up the phone, she texts him and he doesn’t reply, which is very unusual. In the morning, she calls Pithani and she asked him where is he and why is he not responding, and she’s been told that he just asked for juice and he went back and now he’s sleeping.”

She has also said that he wanted to leave the industry and said so to his family when he went back to his native place last year.
