    After Kangana Ranaut’s fiery interview with Republic TV where she called Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhasker ‘needy outsiders'. Taapsee Pannu had recently reacted to the interview and now Swara has taken a dig at the Manikarnika actress saying that she also won India its independence. 

    Swara had recently shown support to Taapsee’s reaction for expressing her opinion on Kangana’s remarks and now she has taken a dig at the Queen actress’s team tweeting that both feminism and parallel cinema 'awakening' happened in 2013 with her film.

    Swara took to Twitter and in a sarcastic response said that in 1955 Kangana started parallel cinema with Pather Panchali, in 2013 she started feminism with her film Queen and in 1947 she won India's its independence before any of this. The Veere Di Wedding actress called herself a 'chaploos, needy outsider' while saying this.
