Swara, Richa Support Diljit Dosanjh In His Twitter War With Kangana; Mika Singh Asks The Latter To Apologize

A few days ago, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut shared a tweet in which she misidentified a Sikh woman from the farmers’ protest, as Bilkis Bano of Shaheen Bagh. She deleted her tweet but till then the damage was done and screenshots were taken. Well, Diljit Dosanjh took to his official handle yesterday to slam Kangana. He revealed that the elderly woman’s name is Mahinder Kaur and also shared a video featuring her. However, things got nasty when Kangana referred to Diljit as ‘Karan Johar ke paltu’.

The Punjabi star hit back by asking Kangana if she is a pet of every filmmaker that she has worked with. Well, many Bollywood actors including Richa Chadha and Swara Bhasker took to their official handles to support Diljit. Mika Singh also felt that Kangana was wrong and asked her to apologize for her remarks against Mahinder Kaur. He tweeted: “I used to have immense respect for @KanganaTeam, I even tweeted in support when her office was demolished. I now think I was wrong, Kangana being a woman you should show the old lady some respect. If you have any ettiquete then apologise. Shame on you..”

In her earlier tweet, Kangana had written: “Ha ha ha she is the same dadi who featured in Time magazine for being the most powerful Indian.... And she is available in 100 rupees.”
