One of the most talented and versatile actresses of Bollywood, the gorgeous Taapsee Pannu began her journey in the Hindi film industry with David Dhawan’s directorial Chashme Baddoor. Co-starring Ali Zafar, Divyenndu and Siddharth in the lead, the comedy is an official remake of the 1981 film Chashme Buddoor. Her Bollywood debut clocked 7 years on 5th April and celebrating the milestone, Taapsee shared a nostalgic post on social media looking back at her beautiful Bollywood journey.

The actress shared a still from Chashme Baddoor, in which she is wearing a floral top and is smiling at the camera. Along with the picture, Taapsee wrote: “Must say I looked like a different human being all together. And in a lot of ways I actually was.” She shared that not many people, including her, believed that she would get so far and also revealed how she was in a rush to reach somewhere when she started acting 10 years ago. However, in 2013 when Chashme Baddoor released, Taapsee ‘slowed down to enjoy and LIVE this journey every single day.’ It sure worked out for the best!

She won many hearts with her impeccable comic timing and fresh screen presence and went on to wow the audience with her spectacular performance in super hits such as Pink, Naam Shabana, Manmarziyaan and Saand Ki Aankh among many others. Well, Taapsee is all set to stun her fans yet again this year with many interesting scripts in her kitty including Haseen Dillruba, Rashmi Rocket, cricketer Mithali Raj’s biopic and Looop Lapeta.
