Taapsee Pannu Opens Up About Her Equation With Anubhav Sinha And Anurag Kashyap; Says 'I Feel Comfortable Around Them'

Taapsee Pannu has been slowly but steadily making an indelible mark in Bollywood. She has given some of the best films of the year and they are generally always with director Anurag Kashyap and Abhinav Sinha. Now, in a recent interview, she has opened up about the two directors.

Talking to BT, she has revealed that Anurag Kashyap and Abhinav Sinha are the people who see her beyond the actor that she is. She said, "Anurag and Anubhav sir know me beyond the actor that I am and that’s why we could find projects to collaborate on more than once. I am a huge fan of Anubhav sir’s writing and Anurag is someone who I feel can make anything look believable on screen. He knows how to make things work in any circumstance. Both of them have many common qualities as well, so I actually feel comfortable around them. I can chat with them about anything under the sun. So, don’t be surprised if you see me collaborating with them multiple times in the future as well. The thriller I am working on with Anurag will be the first of its kind. I am sure Anubhav sir and I will also find another project to collaborate on, soon. As of now, he is busy prepping for the project with Ayushmann Khurrana.”

Anurag and Taapsee collaborated for Manmarziyaan, which was lauded by critics. Taapsee's last film Thappad was directed by Anubhav Sinha. She has quite a few films in her kitty including a Tamil film besides Hindi films.
