    Taapsee Pannu's Electricity Bill Increases Ten Folds, Pulkit Samrat Reveals He's Facing A Similar Issue: Kya Mazaak Hai?

    Are you fed up with the rising electricity bill or a sudden spike in it without any apparent reason? Well, then you are not alone. Actress Taapsee Pannu seems to be facing a similar situation and she tweeted about how her electricity bill this month was ten times more than that of last month.

    Taapsee took to Twitter to share pictures of her electricity bill. While in the last two months, the bill was between Rs. 3850-4800, this time it went straight up to Rs. 36000! That's a lot. She wrote, "3 months of lockdown and I wonder what appliance(s) I have newly used or bought in the apartment only last month to have such an insane rise in my electricity bill. @Adani_Elec_Mum  what kind of POWER r u charging us for?"     Not just that, in another tweet she pointed out how the bill of a house, where her staff goes once a month for just cleaning purpose has seen a jump from Rs. 730 to Rs. 8640. She wrote, "And this one is for an apartment where no one stays n it’s only visited once in a week for cleaning purpose  @Adani_Elec_Mum  I am now worried if someone is actually using the apartment without our knowledge and you have helped us uncover the reality."

    The company was quick to respond and gave her a complaint redressal link. However, it said that the actress does not have permission to see it. Taapsee tagged it as a 'besti (insult) link."

    Commenting on Taapsee's post, Pulkit Samrat also revealed that he was stunned to get an electricity bill of Rs. 30,000.
