Thadam Remake: Mrunal Thakur Being Considered In The Sidharth Malhotra Starrer?

The remake of Thadam has been grabbing headlines for quite some time. The film will have Sidharth Malhotra play not just one but double role, for the first time. The hunt for the leading lady was on and now it seems to have ended. And guess what, this time Mrunal Thakur might be paired opposite Sidharth.

According to reports, Mrunal will essay the role of a police officer in the film. Her role will apparently require her to do action as well. It would be interesting to see Mrunal pull off some stunts on screen. She will be shooting for the film once she wraps up the shoot of Aankh Micholi opposite Abhimanyu Dassani. Thadam is scheduled to release on 20^th November, 2020.

Apart from Thadam and Aankh Micholi. Mrunal will be seen in yet another remake. She will be a part of Jersey remake alongside Shahid Kapoor. She will do another sports film too and its none other than Rakesh Omprakash Mehra’s Toofan starring Farhan Ahktar. Mrunal Thakur will definitely have an eventful 2020 and 2021. Thadam remake will be directed by debutant Vardhan Ketkar. The film will be produced by Bhushan Kumar of T Series and Murad Khetani.
