The Girl On The Train: Parineeti Chopra Is Overwhelmed With The Love Received By Her Film

Parineeti Chopra made her debut in the Hindi film industry with Ladies vs Ricky Bahl back in 2011. Even though she played a supporting role alongside the very popular and talented Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh, Parineeti managed to steal the show. Sadly, a few of her other projects didn’t exactly do as well. However, with her latest release it looks like Parineeti is back in action! The Girl On The Train is winning hearts and fans can’t seem to stop gushing over how incredible and versatile her performance is.

In a recent chat with Mid Day, Parineeti opened up about all the love she and her film have received in the past few days. The actress shared, “It is truly a surreal moment for me seeing the kind of response that my performance in TGOTT is getting. I was holding on to Mira till the release of the film and then she and her story was for the audiences to see. I’m overwhelmed that my effort to bring this character to life is being appreciated.”

She went on to add that it is a little overwhelming for her as she gave her everything to channelize her character Mira’s pain on screen. As a performer, Parineeti feels the biggest compliment is how the audience reacts to her work and currently her social media is showering with wishes and compliments. She stated, “It’s a feeling that will stay with me forever.”

Parineeti currently has two more projects lined up for release-- black comedy Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar opposite Arjun Kapoor and Saina Nehwal’s much awaited biopic. She is on an absolute roll!
