Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt’s Inshallah is a Bollywood extravaganza that is already making us look forward to the year 2020. Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is finally making his second film with Salman Khan after Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam so we never expect anything short of a very expensive project.

According to Pinkvilla the movie’s theatrical rights were sold for a whopping Rs. 190 crores to Pen Cinemas. A source close to the portal was quoted saying, "Bhansali is also producing the film, along with Salman Khan Films. He has sold the movie for Rs 165 crore plus additonal Rs 25 crore for P&A, which makes it a Rs 190 crore and that's huge." This is also one of the highest that a film has ever fetched. The digital and satellite rights will also clock a fantastic figure. "Usually, Salman has a deal with a digital streaming agency and a channel partner so the sum of these two usually is Salman's fee for a film. But with Rs 190 crore in the kitty already, the producers already seem to have hit a big home run."

Inshallah will be shot in Mumbai, Varanasi, Haridwar, Orlando and Florida and the film go on floors in a few months. Initially scheduled to release on Eid 2020, the film has been pushed further whereas Salman will still be releasing one of his films on the festival but it isn’t still known which one.
