While 2018 would be remembered as the year where Vicky Kaushal stunned us with brilliant performances in films like Raazi and Sanju, with Uri in 2019 he proved that he is indeed a bankable star in Bollywood. His current lineup of upcoming projects are all set to solidify his position as the next-gen superstar of Bollywood.

Here are the upcoming films of Vicky Kaushal that we are talking about.

Takht

The biggest break of his career is probably Karan Johar’s Takht. Apart from being the first period drama of Karan where Vicky is playing the character of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, this is also going to probably the biggest multi starrer of Bollywood in a long time. Apart from Vicky, the film will also star Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor.

Untitled Ashwathama  Film

After delivering the 10^th highest grosser of Bollywood ever with Uri: The Surgical Strike, Vicky, and director Aditya Dhar are all set to team up for another project. The film will be inspired by the character of Ashwathama in Mahabharatha.

Udham Singh

For his next venture, Vicky is pairing up with the director who is on every actor’s wishlist right now, Shoojit Sircar. Vicky would be seen essaying the role of revolutionary Udham Singh in the film and we are hoping great things from this killer combination.

Untitled Horror Thriller With Bhumi Pednekar

After Takht, Vicky is going to be paired opposite Bhumi Pednekar in a horror thriller. The film is being produced by Dharma Productions and will be directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh who will be making his debut with the film.

Ticket To Bollywood

 Vicky will re-unite with his Masaan co-star Shweta Tripathi along with Pulkit Samrat and Amyra Dastur. The film will be loosely based on the English film Me and Earl and the Dying Girl. This film will also be produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
