Trishala Dutt says 'why not' as she gets proposed to by a user on social media

Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala is a psychologist and regularly champions the cause of mental health on social media through her posts. As a star kid, Trishala avoids the limelight as much as possible but regularly hits the headlines for her posts.

Like it happens frequently in a celebrity’s life that fans comment asking to meet them or marry them, Trishala was proposed to by a follower on Instagram. She was interacting with fans on a session of ‘Ask Me Anything’ through her stories and replied to the proposal instead of rejecting or ignoring it.

Trishala through these sessions frequently answers questions from her followers about mental health but this one had nothing to do with the subject. “Questions/comments/quotes about depression? Ask me!” Trishala had started the session writing. A user then asked her, “U never answer my question Ms. Dutt. WILL YOU MARRY ME???”

The star kid certainly made the fan’s day when she not only acknowledged the proposal but actually agreed! “I never answer it because it has nothing to do with mental health. And at this point with all the ghosting going on and conversations slowly fading out after first dates from the guys end - why not lol. Happy?” Trishala wrote in her reply to the user.

Who saw that coming? Certainly not us, but we are sure neither did the user who proposed.
