Tweeps Imagine Hrithik Roshan, Diljit Dosanjh's Reactions In Memes As Kangana Ranaut's Account Gets Suspended From Twitter

Kangana Ranaut shook things up quite a bit on Twitter since her debut on the platform last year. Alas, her bold tweets on politics, Bollywood and the ongoing pandemic landed her in trouble with the platform itself as her account was today suspended permanently by the social media giant.

While the move definitely riled up Kangana, the Twitterverse had field day with a meme fest on hearing the news. The Manikarnika actress released a statement on her account getting suspended and said,

“Twitter has only proved my point they're Americans & by birth, a white person feels entitled to enslave a brown person, they want to tell you what to think, speak or do. I have many platforms I can use to raise my voice, including my own art in the form of cinema. But my heart goes out to the people of this nation who have been tortured, enslaved, and censored for thousands of years, and still, there is no end to the suffering.”

Now, several Twitter users welcomed the move and posted memes featuring Mamta Banerjee, Hrithik Roshan, Diljit Dosanjh among others. Some went so far as to say that Twitter has been ‘sanitized’ due to her account suspension.

Kangana had been tweeting insistently about the post election clashes in West Bengal and also about Covid-19. In a tweet yesterday the actress had pointed fingers at people demanding oxygen for Covid-19 patients and accused them of ‘forcefully drawing from the environment’.
