    Upen Patel Says He Was 'Confused' And 'Hurt' After Being Cut Off From Bollywood: Suddenly I Was Not Needed

    Nepotism is the buzz word in the film industry right now and everyone has their own take on it. After Sushant Singh Rajput’s death the privileges of the Bollywood insiders are being questions alongside the treatment of the outsiders and members of the industry stand divided. In the midst of all the chaos actor Upen Patel tweeted against the media who are now approaching him for a comment over the debate.

    Upen shunned the media saying that which they are cashing him now he wonders where they were when his worked needed promotions. On his tweet a user commented on the Namaste London actor’s disappearance from Bollywood despite some good performances he replied saying he was suddenly cut off.

    In his tweet Upen said, “Suddenly they decided to cut me out and I was left in a corner. I was lost. Confused. Hurt. It was very toxic for my mental health .. suddenly I was not needed in the industry.”

    Upen starred out his career with 26 China Town in 2006 and went on to acts in some popular films like Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani and Namastey London. After a slowdown in Bollywood the model turned actor also worked in some Telugu and Tamil projects.
