    It is to celebrate the same spirit that Uri would re-release in theaters on Kargil Diwas which is celebrated on July 26th. The government has taken the initiative to run the film for free in 500 theatres in Maharashtra in order to inspire the youth. Talking about the incident, Aditya Dhar, the director of the film, said, “The greatest validation for any filmmaker is to know that he has inspired youngsters to think about the valor and sacrifice it's a wonderful initiative by our Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and I’m glad people will get to see the film for free this time.”
