Uunchai: Parineeti Chopra will be seen as a tourist guide in the Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher starrer

Back in December last year it was reported that megastar Amitabh Bachchan and popular filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya are all set to collaborate for the very first time. The film will reportedly be based on the theme of friendship and has been titled Uunchai. Other than Big B, the much awaited project also stars Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, Danny Denzongpa in the lead with Neena Gupta and Sarika. Actress Parineeti Chopra will also be seen in an important role, the details of which are out now!

According to a report shared by Bollywood Hungama, Parineeti will be playing the role of a Nepali tourist guide in the film, which went on floors on 4^th October. A source was quoted saying, “Parineeti will be helping and accompanying the quartet of Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani and Danny Denzongpa on their adventurous trip. Her role is very well fleshed out and it’ll be interesting to see her in a different light in this film.”

The report further revealed that for the first few days, the team shot at Lukla airport in Nepal, close to the Everest Base Camp. All COVID-19 safety measures are being taken and the health of the four lead stars has been prioritized. Well, it will be exciting to see Parineeti in this different light and we are sure fans have high expectations after watching her own the screen in The Girl on the Train, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and Saina.
