Varun Dhawan And Kiara Advani’s Romantic Drama To Go On Floors In October; Anil And Neetu To Join Later

It was recently reported that the very talented Varun Dhawan, who was last seen in Remo D’Souza’s dance drama Street Dancer 3D, will be reuniting on the big screen with co-star Shraddha Kapoor for his next film. Helmed by Stree director Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan, the horror comedy is tentatively titled Bhediya. While Varun recently began shooting for the project, latest reports suggest that he has already allotted his dates for Raj Mehta’s next, co-starring Kiara Advani.

According to a report shared by Mid Day, Varun is expected to head to Chandigarh by late October to begin shooting the romantic drama. A source revealed, “Shashank Khaitan, who is co-producing the drama, recently headed to the north Indian city to greenlight the venues selected by the team and procure the necessary permissions to shoot. If all goes as planned, Raj will take the film on floors on October 24. The month-long schedule will see the leads film their portions before Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor join them in the last leg.”

Currently Varun is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited comedy film Coolie No. 1, a remake of the 1995 film. Also featuring Sara Ali Khan, it has been directed by David Dhawan and will be releasing on Amazon Prime Video on Diwali. Which of his upcoming projects are you most excited for?
